PGA of America COO Visits EKU

Darrell Crall speaks with EKU PGM students

On Wednesday, February 15, and Thursday, February 16, PGA of America Chief Operating Officer Mr. Darrell Crall visited the PGA Golf Management Program at Eastern Kentucky University.

On Wednesday evening, the program hosted a dinner for Mr. Crall and the senior class where students were able to engage him in discussion about many topics including recent trends in the golf industry. “This was one of the best events we have ever had in PGA Golf Management,” stated Kim Kincer, Director of PGA Golf Management.

On Thursday morning, Mr. Crall addressed each PGM class and fielded questions from students. “In his talk, he offered his career advice for these aspiring professionals that is extremely valuable. Mr. Crall has been involved with the golf industry a long time and is very influential,” said Kincer.

One of just 18 in the U.S., EKU's PGA Golf Management Program is accredited by the Professional Golfers' Association of America and is the only such program in Kentucky and surrounding states.
