EKU PGA Professional Golf Management seniors Christopher Bunge (Lexington, Ky.) and Kolby Oliphant (Cookeville, Tenn.) volunteered at the prestigious 2016 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Ga., April 4th-April 10th.

Both students were heavily involved in merchandising operations. Their duties included selling apparel, re-stocking product, engaging patrons, and coordinating with other volunteers during the length of the tournament.

According to Player Development and Recruiting Coordinator Mr. Ross Lingenfelder, "High profile experiences like this help prepare students for exciting careers in the golf industry and help broaden their network. These students had the opportunity to be exposed to big names such as former Los Angeles Clippers guard Kerry Kittles and Johnny Manziel, as well as golf club designers like Bob Vokey and Scotty Cameron."
