Four Point 0: Nicki Henry

Nicki Henry

Nicki Henry is a senior Golf Management major at EKU. She hails from Chagrin Falls, Ohio and is a member of the Women’s Golf team. Nicki is a shining example of a student athlete at EKU. She maintains a 4.0 grade point average while managing a demanding academic and athletic schedule. She carved out some time for us to ask a few questions about her experience at Eastern.

Why EKU: I chose EKU because of the golf team and Professional Golf Management Program.

Describe your EKU experience: The PGM Program has given me many opportunities to further my career after college. Last summer I worked for Pebble Beach Company, and I'm happy to say I'll be going back in May, 2015.

Career Plans/Future Goals: I plan to become a PGA Head Golf Professional and eventually have my own business that is golf and fitness related.
Advice for future students: Participate in class.
Other Comments: I started an ALS charity (Birdies Fore ALS) after my grandma was diagnosed in 2009. This is an initiative to raise awareness and money for ALS through golf. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter @BirdiesForeALS. For more information visit
