PGA of America summer interns reflect upon a busy and rewarding summer.
- by Bob Baal
For the fourth consecutive year, The PGA of America National Office welcomed a quartet of summer interns who hail from accredited PGA Golf Management University Programs. Throughout their 12-week experience at The PGA’s Headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., these students provided assistance on a wide range of projects and events, including Golf 2.0, player development, communications and public relations, and membership services.
The 2012 class of interns included: Stephen Limpach, a senior at North Carolina State University; Luke Luttrell, a graduating senior (December, 2012) at the University of Idaho; Brooke Rodes, a graduating senior (December, 2012) at Ferris State University; and Logan Duderstadt, a senior at Eastern Kentucky University. The four were chosen from a wide range of applicants representing all 20 PGA Golf Management University Programs, and upon arrival they were each assigned to specific PGA departments.
