PGM Grads Start a New Commencement Tradition

EKU President Benson (center) with PGM graduates

At first, he wasn't quite sure what was happening. PGM graduates were being called to the stage for their diploma covers. The first in line handed President Benson a Pro V-1 golf ball and placed a golf bucket on the mace table.

What followed was priceless. Each PGM graduate candidate in turn handed the President a golf ball, nearly filling the bucket. Graduate Michelle Goda tweeted, "My one shining moment! Thanks for playing along @EKUPrez."
