The PGA Golf Management program at Eastern Kentucky University will be recognized and respected as one of the leading PGA Golf Management programs in the nation.
PGA Golf Management Mission Statement
The mission of the PGA Golf Management University Program is to recruit students with diverse backgrounds and develop them into committed professionals by providing a comprehensive and progressive educational program. Students will gain valuable work experience and enhanced playing and teaching skills, while fostering a sense of community through the game of golf, with the goal of producing industry-ready PGA members.
Students must follow the Academic Procedures and Regulations of the University as well as those in the College of Business and Technology and the School of Business.
- Complete all EKU, CBT, and PGA Golf Management requirements.
- Complete PGA Testing & Seminars.
- Complete 16 months of approved Cooperative Education experiences.
- Pass the PGA Playing Ability Test.
- Attend two national workshops hosted by PGA of America.
